    Job Description

    To assist in handling recruitment and appointment-related and training matters and including following matters,

    • Vetting of applications.
    • Providing onsite support (indoor and outdoor).
    • Performing different types of manual labour work.
    • Serving as a receptionist of recruitment boards.
    • Arranging for conduct of interview/trade tests/ skill tests and training courses.
    • Arranging for recruitment formalities.
    • Compilation of returns.
    • Provision of other general clerical and logistical support.

    Job Requirement

    • Completion of Form 5.
    • Preferably with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
    • Preferably with government/administration working experience.
