Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Safety Manager in implementing safety protocols for sports facilities and outdoor/water sports environments.
• Manage accident reporting and incident investigations.
• Conduct regular safety and risk assessments across facility areas.
• Perform daily safety patrols during classes, social bookings, and events.
• Maintain and check safety equipment, including AED and first aid boxes.
• Assist in conducting staff first aid and safety training programs.
• Implement weather-related safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Support wildlife safety management procedures.
• Coordinate logistics for safety drills and emergency simulations.
• Assist in preparing documentation for safety audits.
• To perform comprehensive facility safety inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Safety Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management or related field.
• Registered Safety Officer.
• Registered Safety Auditor will be an advantage.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and First Aid.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic and potentially challenging environments.
• Proven ability to respond quickly and effectively to potential safety risks.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
