Responsibilities:
- Support event setup and teardown (e.g., tables, decorations, equipment).
- Manage crowds and provide directions to attendees.
- Assist with registration, ticketing, and other event-related tasks.
- Ensure the smooth flow of the event and help resolve minor issues.
- Supervisors: Oversee teams of helpers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervisors: Prior experience in event management or coordination preferred.
