We are looking for a Valet Coordinator (洗衣房聯絡員) based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Valet Coordinator (洗衣房聯絡員), we rely on you to:

• Handle incoming calls on guest’s laundry enquires and requests
• Collect guest laundry from guestrooms
• Check and inform any damages of guest's laundry items upon collection
• Input laundry orders and record quantities of laundry items and requests of laundry services
• Sort guest laundry items according to the materials and colours 
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• 接聽客人來電，回答洗衣問題及要求
• 到客房收取客人需要清洗的衣物
• 於收取客人衣物時，檢查衣物是否有損毀並告知客人
• 於電腦輸入洗衣訂單，並記錄洗衣數量及要求的洗衣服務
• 根據衣物材質及顔色分類客衣
• 履行其他又上司分配的工作

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel Laundry Department
• Knowledge of clothing label and laundry procedure
• Good computer skills
• Good customer service skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 最少一年酒店洗衣房經驗
• 具備衣物標籤及洗衣程序知識
• 良好使用電腦技巧
• 良好客戶服務技巧
• 良好英文、廣東話及普通話
