- 5 days work
- Carry out measurement for the purpose of subletting, materials ordering, variation estimates and final accounts
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties regarding material issues
- Participating in material quotations & procurement
- Support Purchasing officer and sales executive for BQ evaluation
- Prepare cost and variations estimates
- Assist in material submission preparation work
- Cashflow estimation and monitoring for the material schedule
- Office based with monthly site visit to meet with Project Team
Requirements
- High Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in building or construction projects
- Experienced in taking-Off and tendering preferred
- Willing to learn, well organized, self-motivated and attentive to details
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and good communication skills
- Familiar in using MS Office (e.g. MS Excel, Words etc.)
