A sizeable Japanese company is now looking for a Japanese speaking Executive Secretary to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Provides full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director
  • Manages calendars for appointments and other necessary logistic arrangements
  • Plans and co-ordinates company car order for the Managing Director
  • Coordinates travel arrangements such as visa application, hotel bookings, logistics arrangement and etc.
  • Assists Managing Director to host business receptions or events
  • Prepares reimbursements and keep related records
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Around 10 years' experience in supporting senior level executives as a Secretary
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with capability to work with counter parties, manage priorities and solve problems in a proactive manner
  • Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Japanese(Passed JLPT N2/N1) , knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
