As a Senior Accountant for a leading Property company in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, with an emphasis on international property portfolios.

Description

• Perform financial analysis for International Properties business unit
• Prepare monthly consolidation, management report and budget for International Properties business unit
• Work on interim review, annual audit and liaises with auditors
• Partner with business teams in Hong Kong and overseas offices for financial matters
• Ensure that all financial reporting is accurate, timely and in compliance with company policies, and applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements
• Assist in US & UK tax compliance works
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management or team head

Profile

• Degree or above in Accounting or Finance and qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sizeable audit/ accounting field and worked in Hong Kong or international property industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Work experience collaborating with overseas offices or clients is an advantage
• Able to meet tight timelines, independent, initiative with good analytical and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all level
