Your Role

Work closely with Marketing team to solicit marketing promotion partnership from hotels, dining groups and/ or premium restaurants to formulate and develop dining campaigns. You will also have to actively communicate with DiningCity merchant members to stimulate regular usage of the Company’s digital table booking platform. This role will be responsible for the Company’s merchant member base growth, active ratio, merchant revenue as well as merchant satisfaction with DiningCity. 
 

 

Key Duties

  • Work with the Marketing team to design marketing programs and drive restaurants’ participation for the Company’s own and business partners’, which including banks, card associates, public sector organizations, and corporates with dining promotion needs, dining programs.
  • Activate the Company’s merchant members to maximize table booking activities/ revenue and solicit new accounts.
  • Establish excellent relationship with merchant members at different working levels.
  • Capture feedback from merchant members for Company’s platform/ program continuous enhancements.

 

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably with experience in the F&B industry / running dining promotions.
  • Foodie is a PLUS.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A highly motivated and energetic candidate who is a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, responsible, and attentive to details.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Chinese typing.
