Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of HR duties, including talent acquisition & retention, performance management, policy review and employee relations
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs and handle employment issues related to labour cases and equal opportunity disputes
  • Provide routine support to various HR initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Provide administrative support in the HR reporting and data analysis as required
  • Work closely with the clubhouse teams to ensure all the reports and documents are submitted in a timely manner
  • Managing the calendar/ diary activity, including coordinating meetings and minutes-taking
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management
  • Perform market intelligence studies to keep abreast of the recreation development trends and market needs
  • Coordinate with various teams within the company and external partners to accomplish project tasks
  • Coordinate employee relations activities
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline, preferably with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and working experience from hospitality or customer service industry, preferably gained in sizable companies
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related employment regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
  • A good team player and able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
