Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing on-site support services to end-users, including LAN and network equipment at customer sites.
• Setup and configure (new / existing) network equipment.
• Monitoring and handling backup / restoration operations and providing systems maintenance.
• Assist in systems/applications implementation, upgrade, and regular health checking.

• DSE, HKCEE Graduates or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of network troubleshooting.
• Good working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, troubleshooting skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Holder of CCNA and related certificates would be an advantage.
