Job Highlights:

• Provide internal support to the sales team in managing administrative tasks and sales processes.

• Assist with creating and processing internal sales documents.

• Maintain and update internal databases and records.

• Support with financial tasks, including handling outstanding invoices and tracking payments.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to create and process internal sales documents, such as sales orders, sales contracts, and purchase orders.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documents, including pricing, quantities, and product details.

• Maintain and update internal databases and records, including client information, sales activities, and order status.

• Assist in tracking and managing outstanding invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up as needed.

• Generate internal sales reports and provide analysis to support decision-making.

• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing sales-related documentation.

 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization.

• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, to create and maintain sales documents and reports.

• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles to handle outstanding invoices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks within deadlines.

• Problem-solving skills to address internal inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
