Assist and support Customer Service Hotline team to deliver excellent service to our Internal and external customers
Answering various types of enquiries via hotline on policy information.
Provide support to support ad-hoc issue within the department.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries from different Hotlines in professional manner to achieve service excellence
Arrange follow-up calls to customer when necessary or assigned by supervisor
Document all call information in the Customer Service Logging System
Perform ad-hoc task as required
Requirements:
F.7 or above and passed in IIQE 1,3,5 with at least 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
Good spoken and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Careful mindset, patient, pleasant, good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with passion and caring attitude
Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
Immediate availability is highly preferable
