Job Responsibilities:

• Manage tasks such as Securities, Futures, and Bond settlements, Corporate Actions for Equities (Global Markets), OTC Bonds market activities, Client funding operations, IPO processes (FINI Platform), US market placements, and SBL.
• Conduct Daily and Monthly reconciliations for trades and holdings.
• Introduce and establish digitalization and automation applications in operational and settlement workflows.
• Lead Settlement and Middle office system implementations and actively participate in UAT testing.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Operations and Settlement involving Licensing Type 1 and 2 activities.
• Proficient in Compliance Rules, AML policies, Client Money Regulations, OTC products, CCASS, CCMS, and DCASS operations.
• Demonstrate maturity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in both written English and Chinese, with proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer roles.
• Availability for shift duties and holiday shifts is required.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

        Computer and Settlement System Skills Requirement:

• Good computer skills in MS Win 10/11
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Client Connect, FINI, CCASS, CCMS and DCASS
• Euroclear
• Hundsun 2.0, 3.0
• Middle X FIS, MO
• CTM (Central Trade Manager)
• Knowledge and skills in Python and VBA is considered an advantage.
