Are you a dynamic and highly motivated communications professional looking to take your career to the next level? Our team is seeking a talented Corporate Communications Analyst to join us in developing and executing internal and external communications strategies, which promote our brand reputation. If you're passionate for creating engaging content, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our corporate key messages are consistent across all different lines of business, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will have the opportunities to work with a professional corporate communications team to create communications plans for different lines of business, in terms of new product launches, crisis management, CSR and ESG activities, plan all the way to the end, as well as implementation and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team to achieve target for the company's share of voice in the local media landscape and strengthen AXA's brand image through active exploration of relevant media angles across different business lines.
  • Monitoring media coverage to ensure all company's key messages are delivered to our target audience successfully.
  • Assist the team to develop press materials including but not limited to press releases, and as well as organize media events and orchestrate consistent messaging across internal and external.
  • Manage internal communication calendar to ensure effective, timely and clear communication.
  • Assist the team on event managements, including but not limited to brainstorming creative ideas, logistics arrangement, media pitching, onsite support, as well as post-event follow ups.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent writing and oral skills in both English and Chinese
  • Sound knowledge of media landscape and KOL
  • Strong planning, project management and time management skills
  • Energetic with a creative and change mindset
  • Able to work under pressures with tight deadlines
  • Quality of work - Delivers to schedule and attentive to details

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with one year plus of working experience, fresh graduates with potential are also welcome
  • Experience in in-house PR and media relations roles in PR agencies preferred
  • Experience in managing media for corporates preferred
  • Good understanding of insurance industry will be an advantage
