Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Estimate food requirements
- Assist in desiging new menus
- Ensure quality of food and portion control as well as cost management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience; Experience in modern kitchen / buffet kitchen/wok operation would be advantages
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Passionate about high quality, food and passing on knowledge
- A team player with positive thinking, good organizational skill and able to handle multi-tasks
- Be service-orientated, open-minded to work with a team with different culture background
- Be familiar with ISO standards and well versed in personal and kitchen hygiene
