Job Descriptions:

  • Perform general administrative support duties including but not limited to cashier, license renewal, prepare reports and review agreement
  • Deposit the daily cash and cheuqe receipts in the bank
  • Handle petty cash payment reimbursement
  • Perform a physical count and verify the balance of petty cash fund and cheque fund
  • Act as assistant of Financial Controller with proper filing system and prepare correspondence


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hotel or tourism industry is preferable
  • Strong sense of responsibility, Detail-mined, high sense of accuracy and efficiency
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
