- Responsible for handling incoming room reservations
- Solve guests’ enquiries in timely and courteous manner
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Reservations Clerk
Requirements:
- Good communication, negotiation skills and positive personality
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity with supervisory qualities in hotel industry
- Experience in OPERA / SHIJI system is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken in English & Mandarin
- Good PC Knowledge is MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
