Our client is a reputable Singapore corporate banking, who seeking for an Officer to support their operation.
Responsibilities:
- Report handling
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer enquiries.
- Confirm transactions with customer
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business-related fields is preferred
- With customer service hotline handling experience.
- Good customer service sense
- Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
