Responsibilities:

• Handle daily routine accounting duties, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
  • Sales reconciliation
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end closing processes.
• Generate and analyze HR data reports, including employee attendance, payroll summaries, and benefits utilization.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely reporting of employee-related financial data.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good PC skills in MS Office; advanced Excel skills are a significant advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
• Independent, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
