Cleaning
Coordinate on catering services and set up the venue for meetings/ events if necessary.
Perform regular check to ensure all meeting rooms are clean and tidy (e.g., chairs are pushed in, all
surfaces are wiped, dirty cups are removed etc.)
Perform frequent check to ensure all pantries are clean and tidy (e.g., no used cutlery/ kitchenware
in the sink, pantry counter tops are neat, pantry stock replenished, fridge interior is cleaned etc.)
General cleaning in the Coffee point and client area
Dishwashing, coffee machine, cutlery, and kitchenware cleaning
Initiate the clearing and disposal for expired items and items without names from the fridges every
other Friday.
Support team administer to purchase coffee/ lunch from restaurants/ coffee shops.
Support the look and feel of the welcome area from housekeeping, cleaning perspective both internally and externally.
Stock Taking & Reporting
Monitor and refill meeting room supplies (tissue boxes, pens, and notepads)
Monitor, stock take and replenish pantry supplies (including coffee beans, first aid kit), kitchenware
and report to JLL team accordingly.
Check the delivered stock and put back in the storage area in a timely manner.
Operations Management:
Provide support to front office reception counter (when receptionist on leave)
Work with housekeeping and facilities technical team
Implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Other duties as assigned by superior
Others
Team shifts support for irregular working hours.
Provide support to CS officer/ team as necessary and when required.
Ensuring full statutory and operational compliance is achieved in line with contract KPI’s.
Ensure compliance with JLL and site H&S processes and procedures, including internal and external audits.
Actively participate and contribute to all team meetings.
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in hospitality/hotels/corporate offices
Proven first class food and beverage experience – corporate waiter, lounge or hotel background
preferred
Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience making coffee at Barista level
Experience from working in conferencing or events environments
Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
Able to communicate in English
Willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
Tidy, organized, proactive, careful and customer/service focus
Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate meeting rooms
Make espresso coffees at Barista level and prepare other beverages as required
Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
Prepare and serve beverages (whenever requested) for clients and internal staff.
Support Front of House counter during lunch hour or whenever requested.
Ensure that boardrooms/ meeting rooms are set-up correctly and within a timely and professional manner for all meetings
Assisting with venue set up and execution of events
Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Address guest feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve guest experience.
