Main Responsibilities:

• Assist senior bankers in execution of bond offerings including rating exercises
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives and capital market activities
• Perform detailed transactional, financial and credit analysis and deal due diligence, conduct extensive industry / company research, and produce transaction and credit reports and memos for internal valuation process
• Keep abreast of market development and provide market updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate execution efforts with deal team members across the Bank
• Provide guidance to Analyst level bankers

Required Skills:

• Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Debt Capital Markets
• Thorough understanding of corporate finance products and deal execution processes
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to evaluate companies and financial information quickly and accurately
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong work ethics, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including mandarin)
• Ability to work independently and also a good team player
