With a multi-year digitalisation programme within the organisation and we are growing our Digital, Data and AI team. There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position to work under the Digitalisation Programme:

AI Quality Assurance Specialist

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI systems and web applications integrated with Generative AI, such as chatbots.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and manual testing procedures to evaluate system functionalities.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues and improve system quality.
• Conduct performance, load, functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing to ensure consistent user experience across devices and platforms.
• Evaluate AI models for fairness, bias, and ethical considerations, and monitor deployed systems for performance drift, providing feedback for retraining or optimization.
• Provide actionable feedback to enhance system quality and user experience, staying updated on QA methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance, focusing on AI or machine learning systems, with a preference for large-scale system integration or data projects.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, AI model lifecycle, and model performance metrics.
• Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs, with experience in test automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with agile development approaches and a variety of testing techniques, including UI, regression, and performance testing.
• Self-motivated and innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
