Join our team and make an impact by helping companies improve their sustainability performance!
You will support EcoVadis’Evaluation Services (EVS) team in ensuring rated companies fully understand their assessment results on their sustainability performance, by presenting our methodology and maintaining constructive discussions with customers. The ultimate goal of your role is to make sure that our rated customers are provided with highly professional support to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain continuous engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a background in customer service, sales, account management, or consulting who thrive in solution-driven conversations and relationship-building.
