Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional qualification in Accountancy / Taxation
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience gained from Big 4 or commercial environment
Strong knowledge of PRC tax laws and practice is a must, preferably in real estate industry
Excellent project management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage tax compliance for China operations
Handle tax advisory, transfer pricing and special projects
Manage tax risks and handle tax enquiries, disputes, audits and other ad hoc tax issues
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding tax matters
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the latest development in tax rules and regulations
Occasional travel to mainland China is required
