The incumbent would be responsible for supporting the successful release of our new operation system and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and responsible for ensuring all transactions and documentation of the assigned service units complies with the reporting standards and requirements of the Organization and funders/stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) of the new system by documenting and reporting any identified issues or bugs during the testing process
Assist in the preparation of data conversion templates, perform data cleansing, and verify the accuracy and completeness of migrated data
Assist accounts receivable reconciliation
Handle accounts payable invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
Support month-end closing processes, including the preparation of accounting schedules
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounting , preferably within the public organizations;
Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform effectively under deadlines
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables
