Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of comprehensive marketing functions, covering brand development, public relations, and digital outreach.
• Develop and implement multi-channel online marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social platforms, and online advertising.
• Oversee and curate content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence.
• Track and evaluate marketing performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business objectives (ROI, KPIs).
• Analyze marketing data and insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Plan and execute branding activities and tactical marketing programs to increase public recognition.
• Coordinate public relations efforts and manage media exposure to maximize product awareness.
• Review and enhance customer experience across different digital and physical touchpoints.
• Work closely with third-party vendors and creative partners to deliver consistent marketing executions.
• Handle the marketing budget with cost-efficiency and performance returns in mind.
• Contribute innovative marketing solutions to accelerate business growth and brand impact.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in retail marketing, preferably with a background in apparel or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven digital marketing experience with strong execution capability.
• Analytical mindset with an eye for data-driven decisions.
• Strong language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Self-driven, creative, and able to work independently under a fast-moving environment.
