Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong is returning to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 22 to 25 May 2025. The fair proudly presents over 90 local and international galleries, showcasing a stunning assortment of artworks priced between $1,000 and $100,000. Our aim is to cater to every art lover, from novices making their first purchase to experienced art collectors.

Be part of Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong and gain hands-on experience in event management, meet galleries and artists from around the world, and support exciting art programmes this May.

We are seeking organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to become part of our Fair Assistants Programme in 2025 to gain practical experience in organising an art fair.

Fair Assistant Programme Details:
21 – 25 May 2025 (including set-up day)
Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai

Fair Assistants will work closely with the Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong team to ensure the smooth operation of the fair.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. On-site Operation and Event Support
2. Visitor Customer Services
3. Supporting on Art Workshops and Tours
4. Pre/post-fair Production Arrangement
5. Artists and Gallery liaison

Language Skills and Availability Preferences:
● Fluency in Cantonese and English is required, with any additional third language (e.g., Mandarin) being highly valued.
● Preference will be given to applicants available for three or more days.
*Fair Assistants will be assigned to roles depending on skills and flexibility, and not necessarily to do all tasks above.
