Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process for APAC region
Manage talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence and mapping, direct outreaches, networking and screening
Establish strong relationships with wider People Team, business administrators and hiring managers, communicate status of tasks and work cross-functionally to collect information as well as share candidates with recruiting team members where a potential fit exists.
Manage the communication flow in a timely manner between hiring managers and candidates; Provide a high-touch experience to all candidates from application stage to offer.
Advise hiring managers on considerations such as level, compensation, and responsibilities, to help attract, retain and develop top talent.
Support campus recruitment and branding events
Requirements
Enthusiasm! You are the voice and face of our business for potential employees, so we are relying on you to make a positive first impression
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, and/or other disciplines
3+ years of in-house recruitment experience
Effective communicator with good presentation and analytical skills
Detail minded, well organized and sense of responsibilities
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (optional)
Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint
Candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered as Talent Acquisition Associate
