As the HR Executive (Talent Acquisition), you will help to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. You will drive business growth by bringing in top talent for the company.



The Role

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews; coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.


The Candidate

  • Degree Holder in any discipline
  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in luxury retail, retail, or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge in candidate sourcing and full recruitment cycle.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
