Our client, a Japanese government-related trade organization, is now looking for a Japanese Speaking Project Coordinator to support their daily operation.

Job Duties: 

• Support Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and food promotion to boost the export of Japanese agricultural, forestry, fishery and food products
• Responsible for meetings arrangement with various parties/ partners, agreement review, public tender and agreement procedures, translation and interpretation, liaison with HQ and external parties
• Assist in event management and preparation
• Handle enquiries from wholesalers, restaurants, retailers and explain the implementation details with them
• Take minutes in meetings, prepare and submit reports and expenses to HQ
• Participate in business trip if necessary
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in Promotion/ Sales/ Food-related experience is preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft application, including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good Command of Japanese (JLPT N1), Cantonese and English
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willing to go business trip
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Details:

• Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm (one hour no-pay lunch), Wan Chai
• Contract until 31 Mar 2026
• Hourly rate: HK$130-150/hour
