Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to guests, ensure smooth operations of work section appointed and strive
• for customer delight
• Recommend or suggest food and beverage items to customers and take food and beverage orders
• Attend to customer complaints and request
• Setup the dining tables to ensure the products, equipment and condiments are ready

Requirements:

• Good command in written and spoken both English and Chinese
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in F&B Industry is a must
• Good knowledge on wine and up selling technique.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must

Work Location: Central or Wan Chai Restaurants
