What you need to do?

• Ensure the successful execution of two pivotal workstreams for the ERP implementation project
• Set up and maintain the accuracy and integrity of master data and facilitating organizational readiness for system changes.
• To bridge the gap between technical implementation and business adoption, enabling seamless ERP functionality that supports operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and long-term scalability.

Master Data Workstream:

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data (e.g., customer, vendor, product, and financial records) within the ERP system.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with business units to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.
• Partner with the IT team and System integrator to support and execute data migration during ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations.

Change Management Workstream:

• Oversee change management activities for ERP system updates, ensuring seamless transitions across the organization.
• Develop and implement communication plans, training sessions, and support resources to facilitate user adoption.
• Evaluate the impact of ERP changes on processes and stakeholders, proposing strategies to address challenges.
• Gather post-implementation feedback and refine processes to enhance system effectiveness.

 We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master’s in IT or Project Management) are highly desirable
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) are preferred and demonstrate a commitment to project and process excellence.
• 10+ years relevant working experience
• Demonstrated success leading master data and change management efforts.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and data management principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Background in data governance and change management frameworks is preferred
