Job Responsibilities
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in logistic
- Candidates must with both import and export experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing and export business is advantageous
- Good command of English, and Chinese (additional language is advantage)
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skill, responsible, committed and able to work independently under pressure
- Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Immediate availability is high preferable
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full set of I/E documents and declaration
- Monitor shipment schedule and assign carriers to meet delivery requirements
- Closely work with factory and clients for the shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Prepare shipment reports, organize and maintain shipping documents filing properly
- Manage TradeLink declaration
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
