Our client is a global listed healthcare and medical manufacturer.  They are currently looking for Senior Supply Chain Manager to join the company.

Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management: Lead a team to oversee regional supply chain operations, including warehousing, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and 3PL services.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, cold chain operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facility Management & EHS: Oversee facility maintenance, optimize space utilization, and ensure adherence to environment, health, and safety standards.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and ensure cost-effective operations while meeting quality standards.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Quality & Compliance: Implement procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements; support audits and product recalls.
• Digitalization & Continuous Improvement: Drive operational improvements and implement digital technologies for enhanced efficiency.
• Performance & Team Management: Build and lead a strong team, develop KPIs, and conduct training to ensure competency and support business growth

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field 
• 10+ years solid experience in supply chain, and at least 3+ years in regional role and leadership experience
• Experience in planning, scheduling and logistics service providers
• Strong project and time management skills, and excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS offices applications and good knowledge of ERP systems
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
