Applicants should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience, preferably with both building projects and civil engineering projects, gained from working for main contractors and / or consultants. 

Job Responsibilities to include providing quantity surveying functions by assisting our team with:

• Claims research / organising information;
• Preparing claim submissions;
• Analysing matters in dispute, including entitlement to quantum and delay;
• Ascertaining contractual positions with respect to disputes;
• Performing general QS duties including:
  • Valuation of variations;
  • Interim payments;
  • Cost control;
  • Final account preparation;
  • Quantities take-off / Re-measurement;
  • Preparation of tender documents etc.
  • Maintaining databank

Candidates should be:

• Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
• Ethical and honest

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• NEC4 ECC Accredited PM accreditation desirable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Putonghua desirable, but not essential.
• Good computer knowledge, preferably in Excel, Word, Access, CAD
