我們正在尋找一位熱情並具備優秀管理能力的助理店長加入我們的團隊。助理店長將協助店長負責遊樂園的日常運營、工作人員管理和客戶服務,確保顧客擁有愉快的體驗。
主要職責:
• 協助店長進行日常管理和運營,確保遊樂園順利運作
• 管理和培訓工作人員,維持高效的團隊合作
• 處理客戶諮詢、預約和投訴,提供卓越的客戶服務
• 協助組織和推廣遊樂園的活動和特別項目
• 確保安全規範的遵守,並處理突發事件
任職要求:
• 具備2-3年室內遊樂園工作及兒童用品零售行業經驗者優先
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中高效工作
• 需具備基本的電腦操作能力
