About the Role

Overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing and facilitating timely collection of payments.Managing a team of billing staff, optimizing billing procedures, and coordinating with various departments to maintain financial integrity.Responsibilities:
Billing OperationsManage the end-to-end billing process, including EDI files and physical invoice handling, invoice generation, dispute resolution and support payment collection.
Ensure accuracy in billing records and compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate with Finance Dept. to reconcile accounts and appeal/adjust rejected claims.
Coach and monitor the team in responding billing and payment inquiries from service providers which is important at maintaining positive relationships.
Team ManagementSupervise the billing team, providing training and support to enhance productivity.
-Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.

Process ImprovementIdentify areas for process improvement and pursue process enhancement to streamline billing operations and implement best practices which are compliance to the company policies.
Set up procedure manual with timely update of changes.
Participate on tasks or ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor / Line Manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferrable
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in billing or accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, at least 5 years in healthcare industry.
Proven experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in billing software and MS Office.
