The challenge is to:

• Support the Commercial Finance Controller in managing a team of commercial/analyst to deliver analytical requirements of HK Food management team

• Collaborate across teams and partners to drive sales and profitability strategies and analytics development

• Provide PMO support to monitor, manage and govern the data analytics strategy & transformation programmes/initiatives

• Develop strong working relationships with relevant business partners to ensure effective project delivery and communication

• Present insights with recommendations to business partners on a regular basis

• Advocate the use of data as the voice of the customer and support the development of a data-driven decision-making culture

• Support the Commercial Finance Controller on the budget and forecast process to formulate a cohesive view of business with the commercial team

• Ensure the team is motivated and work efficiently and collectively to agreed objectives and development plans. Enhance collaboration and alignment across different finance functions

Do you have experience in commercial finance / data analytics / business analysis?

• Educated to degree level

• Minimum 5 years of experience of working client side or agency side with customer data

• Proficiency in Tableau, Databricks, Azure, Google Analytics and Marketing Cloud

• Understanding and experience of data driven sales and marketing (O2O sales, digital and database marketing), customer and loyalty analytics

• Experience in retail and/or financial services would be advantageous

• Excellent presentation and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal & team-working skills, result-oriented with strong business and marketing acumen

• Experience in advanced analytics such as customer segmentation, predictive modelling, association analysis and web/app analytics methodologies would be advantageous

• A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
