    工作內容:

    • 領導並監督所有零售店營運事務，以實現長期策略業務目標
    • 審查第一線銷售和活動報告，並向最高管理層提供有關所有零售地點績效的深入分析
    • 對第一線員工進行季度/年度績效考核，管理和改善績效不佳的員工，並表彰優秀員工
    • 監督第一線銷售輔導並與內部利害關係人合作改進激勵計劃
    • 充當總部和所有零售站點之間的聯絡人，以確保一致和卓越的客戶服務標準
    • 與營運人力資源部門合作進行薪資評估和新員工的工作
    • 確保零售店和治療中心內的商店運作、視覺效果和行銷遵守品牌指南以及營運流程和程序

    入職要求:

    • 8年以上相關經驗
    • 豐富領導和管理零售店營運經驗
    • 良好客戶服務態度及溝通技巧
    • 有效的人員管理技能，包括激勵、發展和績效管理
    • 有美容行業經驗人仕優先考慮，男女均可
