Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ work experience in data analysis with proven track record in supporting data analytics work, including data extraction, analysis, and the development of actionable recommendations
• Experience in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, by identifying trends and patterns, and derive business insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or other advanced analytical tools
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau as a plus)
• Good business acumen and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Support data analytics work, including extracting data and performing the analysis, drawing insights, and developing actionable recommendations
• Analyze macro and micro data sets, identify trends, patterns and relationships, and derive business insights; accordingly, develop use cases from various data sets
• Prepare reports and materials for the management stating insights, trends, and recommendation
• Develop and manage dashboards from single or multiple systems, train and on-board business users
• Work with Data team, including but not limited to data requirement, troubleshooting data issues, data quality assurance
