- Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in Business or related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in related position in related international trading or retail industry
- Good Command in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office application (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
Job Duties
- Follow up customers' inquiries and coordinate with customers for order processing, including quotation, samples arrangement, document preparation and etc.
- Address customers' concerns and resolve issues in time.
- Support sales persons in various sales activities, including sales administration, ERP process, order monitoring and etc.
- Conduct sales report, maintain customer and product database to facilitate sales functions.
- Participate in diverse marketing projects including market research, showroom setup, events and exhibitions.
-Contribute to business projects and take on ad hoc assignments as needed.
