Job Description: 

• Provide full support to the sales team and purchasing team as daily routine.
• Monitor and arrange the delivery schedule with customer and logistic parties.
• Follow up orders and manage customer’s information.
• Perform day-to-day operations including sourcing, costing, price negotiation, sampling and shipping arrangement.
• Responsible for preparing purchasing orders with overseas suppliers.
• Liaise with internal and external parties throughout the workflow to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or post-secondary education with 1-year relevant work experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Immediate available would be an advantage
