Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative, efficient solutions that enhance process performance and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor and supervise process engineers and design team members, offering technical expertise and guidance on process design and industry standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process design specifications, operational procedures, and detailed project reports.
• Analyze performance data to pinpoint improvement opportunities, driving corrective actions to optimize treatment processes.
• Coordinate with project managers and external subcontractors to align on design goals, project deliverable, and timelines.
• Keep abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to advance process design tools and approaches.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by management to support project objectives and organizational goals.

Profile

• Member of HKIE in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline or equivalent
• 10 years relevant project management or engineering experience in E&M Industrial plant
• Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, hardworking, with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong team management experience
