    Our client is a fast growing construction company in Hong Kong. Now they are looking for well-experienced & stable candidates to join their team.

     

    Responsibilities       

    • Coordination on site works, supervision of sub-contractors to ensure BS installation
    • Assist to handle tender/submission/site coordination
    • Attend regular site meeting for reporting project progress
    • Handover the completed installation to clients including testing and commissioning, supervision of defects rectification or remedial works
    • Handle enquiries and complaints about E & M works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation

     

    Requirements

    • Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
    • 1 year or above relevant experience on Building Services, preferably familiar with site progress monitoring
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, familiar with CSD / CBW drawings
    • Candidate with LESS experience will be considered as Building Services Coordinator!!
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
