Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project programs specifically tailored for building and E&M contracting works related to the sewage treatment sector. 
• Conduct preliminary works for project tenders and develop comprehensive tender programs for submission. 
• Monitor project progress rigorously, ensuring effective programme management throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Analyze and compare planned versus actual progress, providing alternative construction methods to optimize efficiency.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless coordination of project planning and claims preparation.
• Regularly report on work progress, summarizing key developments to keep all parties informed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction planning and programming, preferably within E&M projects.
• Proficient in using Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project for effective project management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
