Responsibilities:

• Act as the prime focal escalation point to liaise with HK & APAC users on IT maintenance service deliverable and develop disaster recovery plan to meet SLA
• Manage and guide MSP engineer team to manage IT infra equipment (including server, network, firewall, MS Windows platform & Lotus Notes etc) & data security products troubleshoot services for internal users and business clients in HK and APAC regions
• Responsible for developing IT strategy, architecture, and process to meet SLA and team member's long-term growth
• Keep abreast of new technologies and solutions to add value for business, especially in Cyber Security or Data Encryption area
• Manage 5 MSP teammates to perform daily IT operation & ensure their performance can meet SLA requirement
• Responsible for department resource planning
• Process review to refresh the workflow regularly

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' hands on experience in managing help desk and user support team in supervisory level, preferable with SI or software house experience
• Sound knowledge in system security, networking and infrastructure management is preferred
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good analytical skill with objective thinking and strong willingness to initiate and drive changes across all levels
• Strong customer service and detailed mind, assertive and result-oriented; able to follow through tasks until completion independently
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate available or short notice would be an advantage
