Located at our regional office in Hong Kong, reporting to Sales Management, we would like to invite professional candidates to apply for this key role, supporting our further expansion.
Job responsibilities
Ø Supported sales team to deal with customer relevant queries, complaints and request for information on products and services
Ø Follow up sales orders and handle delivery schedule; closely communication with internal supplier chain to arrangement the oversea/local shipments and process invoices
Ø Create SO in systems
Ø Prepare and updated daily and weekly reschedule and forecast reports for customers
Ø Reduce the aged stock and monitor the inventory level through backlog and forecast
Ø Communicate effectively with teams to ensure quality and timely expedition of customer requests
Ø Prepare and update daily and weekly reschedule and forecast reports for customers
Ø Analyse monthly sales report, sales target and yearly cost review
Ø Invoice format shall be aligned with financial manager and fixed in systems and issuing commercial invoices to customers.
Ø Follow up AR payments with customers and ensure on-time payment collection
Ø Communicate with US sales team for OEM customers
Ø Manage all processes for customers from customer ordering till payment clearance to avoid and manage shipment delay risks.
Ø Manage and minimize ad-hoc shipments with Sales Manager (like need SF sudden shipments from Suppliers.)
Ø Communicate with all related stakeholders including manufacturing, customers (shipment pulling-in, pushing-out, withdrawn, RMA, quality, return, etc…)
Ø Communicate with salespersons for customer revenue drop, sharing percentage drop, competitor information.

Job Requirement
· Diploma / Degree
· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting position
· Experienced in SAP System is a definite advantage.
· Excellent in MS Office Application, especially MS Excel
· Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
· Team player and with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Self-initiative, detail-minded, sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenges.
· Immediate availability is highly preferred.
