Core Tasks

•      Provide marketing & production technical solutions to clients, driving the full process from idea generation, execution, to evaluation
•      Work closely with clients and internal teams on production projects & campaigns, including but not limited to multi-media, etc.

Administrative

• Assisting with requisitions, preparing cost estimates and invoices, and production schedules
• Preparing minutes post-meeting internally and with Clients
• Co-coordinating with cross departments to keep track of project progress and gatekeep on quality

Requirements

   0-3 years of account service experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome)
•      Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds
•      Willingness to think big but at the same time be practical and get things done
•      Ability to identify clients’ needs and match them with our production solutions
•      A strong communicator and a team player
•      Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
 

Benefits

$18,000-$23,000per month , 5 - 6day work week 09:00-18:00, Statutory Holidays, 9 Days Annual leave
