Clerical and administrative support to the daily operations of HR and Administration Department.
Major responsibilities
Recruitment, staff on-boarding, off-boarding, reference checks
Compensation and Benefits administration including leave management, medical scheme enrollment and attendance records
Support HR Information System
Payroll and MPF administration
Staff relations and activities
Prepare HR reports and analysis
Requirements
Form 7 or above
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably gained in HR generalist role
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Exposure on HRIS will be an advantage
Responsible, detail-oriented and multitask person
Immediate availability is preferred
