Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations within the finance department, including cash flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable and refund processes
Lead to ensure all sales and expenses related activities are reported before month-end closing
Review the financial information prepared by Finance team in accurate and timely manner
Evaluate cash position and funding requirements, manage working capital by controlling cash inflow and outflow
Monitor bank accounts, including daily cash flows, bank facilities, fund transfers, cheque payments and related documentation
Assist in the financial planning process, including budget and forecasts, weekly actual and projected cash flows
Participate in the budgetary control process, collaborating with management and implement new financial workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Identify issues on current financial system and provide advice for the improvement of workflows
Coordinate with finance end users to perform UAT, support in any system implementation or enhancement
Provide support and assistance to Senior Management and Business Heads from financial perspective, identify areas of improvement for cost effectiveness, monitor the productivity, accounting process for business development
Maintain close collaboration with various entities, business units to ensure efficient operations
Liaise with external parties and stakeholders on treasury, cash flow management and operational matters
Assist in reviewing and developing accounting policy, process flow and internal control procedures
Assist in audit and tax issues
Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
Qualified ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent recognised accounting qualification is preferred
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and independent
Well organized with ability to multi-tasks and good presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and drive for improvement
Able to lead, manage and coach finance team
Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Having experience with PowerSuite and/or Odoo is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
